DAF01 - Advanced Food Safety
This course is for owner, operator, or management/supervisor level training, and is accepted coast to coast wherever provincial or municipal jurisdictions require mandatory food safety training. The program is developed in Canada based on Canadian Food Retail and Foodservices Code, Health Canada and CFIA. This program contains an in-depth understanding of safety procedures, ways to ensure food safety compliance, and ways to ensure staff/crew are following the strict principles at your workplace. Detailed information on hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) is also covered. Fees include exam proctoring.
