SW2300/Lecture/A3 - Social Work with Groups & Families | Credits 3.00
This course is an introduction to the processes and dynamics of group and families social work practice. Students will examine the group development process, including the stages, types, and theories of social work related to groups. Students will also explore the theories and skills related to working with diverse families and the role of the social worker. Note: Available to Social Work Diploma Students only Prerequisites: SW1000 (minimum grade of C (GPA 2.0)) Transfer: Refer to Transfer Alberta for most up to date information.
