FN4700/Lecture/A2 - Derivatives & Risk Management | Credits 3.00
This course provides an in-depth study of derivative instruments and their role in financial markets and risk management. Topics include forwards, futures, options, swaps, and structured products, as well as pricing models, hedging strategies, and regulatory considerations. Students will learn how derivatives are used to manage financial risk, enhance portfolio performance, and support corporate financial decisions. Prerequisite: FN3700 Transfer: Refer to the Transfer Alberta website for up to date information.
