FN3700/Lecture/A3 - Corporate Finance | Credits 3.00
This course provides a general corporate framework for financial decision making. The course examines types of securities, basic methods of valuation, valuation and selection of physical and intellectual assets, operation of asset markets, market efficiency, risk measures and risk reduction methods, financing policy, including choices between debt and equity financing. Prerequisites: ST1510 or BA2060 and AC3110 or BA1120 Transfer: Refer to the Transfer Alberta website for up to date information.
