Detection of specific molecules at the ultrastructural level; plasma membrane structure and function; cytoskeletal involvement in intracellular transport, mitosis and cytokinesis; the endomembrane system, protein targeting, exocytosis and endocytosis; nuclear structure and function; cell cycle control and cancer.
