SO2240/Lecture/A2 - Sociology of Deviance and Conformity | Credits 3.00
A study of the politics and social ramifications of conformity, deviance, and their relation to social change. The course examines how and why some behaviour patterns are defined as deviant or conformist, and factors that influence this. Many types of behaviour will be discussed. Prerequisites: SO1000 Notes: Students transferring to University of Calgary will receive credit for only one of SO2240 or SO2250.
