Topics include leadership, personalities, motivation, conflict, and decision-making models. The course will also investigate an introduction into entrepreneurialism and different methods of organizational strategy and social responsibility. Various topics are discussed in this course and divided into separate units: strategy, entrepreneurship, and management.
